"How to get ideas for a speech." I used an idea that I got from an article on breathing techniques that helped me relax which helped me generate some speech topics

"How not to cut your finger." I spoke about 3 times in my life when I cut my finger, how it happened, and what I learned not to do in the future.

"The worst word." I used the word "um" in inappropriate and unusual ways throughout a 3 minute speech. At the end, the audience was as disgusted with the word as I was saying it
