Beating Nerves in a Crowded Public Engagement.

For me, a sure fire technique for getting over the fear of speaking in public is to imagine the crowd as something else. Me myself, I have imagined the hall I was giving a speech in was full of kindergartners and I caught myself actually talking down my audience....try it.
